Bahrain, India implement visa exemption agreement

Manama, Dec. 20 (BNA): "Within the framework of their constant and incessant endeavors to reinforce their relations with all world countries, the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of India have agreed a mutual exemption from entry visa for diplomatic and private passport holders," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said. "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirms that this agreement reflects the mutual desire of Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of India and their keenness on investing in various opportunities that would enhance bilateral relations at all levels for the interest of both countries." The agreement was signed on July 15 and entered into force on Wednesday, December 19, according to the ministry statement issued today.
