Bahrain to host International Leadership Conference

Manama, May 16 (BNA): Bahrain is to host the International Leadership Conference (ILC) 2015 on May 26-27, under the patronage of Energy Minister Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza. Themed "Leadership and Knowledge Management", ILC will be organised by the Bahrain Management Society (BMS), in collaboration with the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA). The Energy Minister will open the two-day event, and deliver a lecture on management and leadership. He will also present real experiences on management, and highlight the importance of excellence in management and transfer of knowledge in enhancing performance and productivity. The minister praised the series of leadership conferences organised by BMS, in terms of themes and diversity. He affirmed the importance of ILC theme, noting that that the conference will provide a platform to present the latest studies, successful practices and the challenges facing knowledge management.
