Bahrain, France sign agreement, MoUs

Manama, Sept. 8 (BNA): A framework agreement and three Memoranda of Understanding have been signed between Bahrain and France, on the sidelines of the current visit of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the Republic of France.
The framework agreement includes international cooperation between the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain, represented by the Ministry of Interior, and the public assistance system - Paris Hospitals/ Mobile Urgent Medical Aid Service in Paris (SAMU). Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa represented the Bahraini side and SAMU Director-general Martin Hirsch represented the French side in the signing ceremony.
A memorandum of understanding was signed between the French Expertise Company and the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain to provide technical support for the implementation of Bahraini-French urban planning initiative. Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa represented the Bahraini side and Director-General Sebastien Mosneron Dupin of the French Expertise Company represented the French side in the signing ceremony.
A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Ministry of Information Affairs represented by Minister Isa bin Abdulrahman Al-Hammadi and the French National Audiovisual Institute (INA) represented by Chairman and CEO Laurent Vallet in the signing ceremony.
Another memorandum of understanding was sealed between the Ministry of Information Affairs represented by Minister Isa bin Abdulrahman Al-Hammadi and Journalists Training Centre (CFJ) represented by Director-General Marie Ducastel in the signing ceremony.
