Bahrain condemns terrorist attack on security convoy in Kabul

Manama, Dec. 11 (BNA): "The Miniastry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemns the terrorist attack on a security convoy in Kabul, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, resulting in the death and injury of a number of people." In a statement issued today the Foreign Affairs Ministry also said it "expresses its deep condolences to the families of the victims and wishes the injured a speedy recovery." "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirms the solidarity of the Kingdom of Bahrain with the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in its fight against terrorism. The Ministry also reiterates the Kingdom’s firm stance in rejecting all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, and calls for concerted efforts to end terrorism and its funding," the statement added.
