Bahrain condemns Peshawar terrorist attack

Manama, Dec. 17. (BNA) -- The Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the horrible terrorist attack which targeted a school in Peshawar in the brotherly Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and claimed the lives of 145 school children and teachers. In a statement issued today, the Kingdom affirmed full support to Pakistan in confronting and defeating terrorist groups, and offered condolences to the Pakistani government, people and relatives of the victims of the barbaric act. It also called for serious action to confront the danger of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, regardless of its motives or goals, and dry up its financing sources, emphasising that such acts are alien to all religions and in total contradiction with human values.
