Bahrain condemns Ouagadougou terrorist attacks

Manama, Jan.16 (BNA) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemns the vicious terrorist attack, which occurred in the city of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, killing and wounding scores of innocent people. The Foreign Ministry expresses its sincere sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims and wishes a speedy recovery to all those injured due to this cowardly terrorist act that is considered contrary to all religions, laws and human and moral values. The Foreign Ministry commends the great efforts that culminated in the liberation of the hostages, and confirms that it stands by Burkina Faso in the fight against violence and terrorism. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates its firm position in condemning and rejecting terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and calls for consolidating international efforts to root out the scourge of terrorism.
