Bahrain condemns Israel's storming of Al Aqsa Mosque

Manama, Sept. 13 (BNA): Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemns the Israeli armed forces' storming of Al-Aqsa mosque and besieging of the worshipers. It reiterates that such provocative actions represent a blatant violation of humane and international laws. The Ministry stresses the need to halt immediately all those illegal practices and demands the Israeli government to stop all types of attacks on Al Aqsa Mosque. It also calls on the international community to exert more efforts to compel Israel to comply with the international legitimacy resolutions. The Ministry reiterates the unwavering stance of the Kingdom of Bahrain in supporting the Palestinian cause based on the need for a comprehensive and fair settlement that eventually leads to the withdrawal of Israel from the Arab territories occupied in 1967, the establishment of the Palestinian state with its capital the East Quds, and return of all inalienable Palestinian rights in line with the United Nations' relevant resolutions and the Arab peace initiative.
