Bahrain’s support to Egypt hailed

Manama, Oct.30 (BNA): Former Egyptian Assistant Foreign Minister Hussain Haridi saluted his country’s strong fraternal relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain. He stressed the importance of the visit of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to Bahrain and the UAE which, he said, reflects the high standing of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states in Egypt’s foreign policy. In a statement to "Sada Al-Balad" TV Channel he hailed the stances of Bahrain and His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa in support of Egypt. "Bahrain has been one of the first countries to back the June 30 Revolution", he said, paying tribute to HM the King who visited Egypt personally and expressed the fraternal supportive stance in a memorable move which will not be forgotten. . He underlined the potential for the two countries to further bolster security, military, financial, economic and cultural cooperation.
