BACA President receives businessman

Manama, Jan.12- (BNA): Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) President Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al-Khalifa received businessman Robert Mouawad and briefed him about planned projects which aim at conserving heritage, being a cornerstone of local identity and sustainable development. She shed light on the Your Destination Bahrain 2016 which was launched by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) to promote the Kingdom as a pioneering destination for cultural tourism. She commended businessman Robert Mouawad for his efforts to promote culture, describing cultural achievements as a shared responsibility. Mouawad hailed BACA projects which contribute to promoting Bahrain as a prized destination for cultural tourism.
