BACA President meets UAE Ambassador

Manama, Oct.28 (BNA): Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) President Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al-Khalifa received UAE Ambassador Abdul Redha Al-Khoury and discussed ways of bolstering cooperation and activating memoranda of understanding between both countries. BACA President lauded fraternal relations bonding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) stressed the vital role of culture in building human relations. She commended the contribution of the GCC member states in enriching Bahrain’s cultural life through their active participation in annual events. The UAE ambassador highlighted Bahrain’s important role in focusing in authentic culture in the region through diverse events and festivals, stressing his country’s readiness to contribute to the Kingdom’s cultural and intellectual momentum.
