Azerbaijani President awarded "Diploma of Fame" in Romania

Azerbaijan, Baku, December 15 / Trend / The board meeting of the International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and Caspian Sea dedicated to the results of this year and an official reception were held in Bucharest on December 13, the Azerbaijani Embassy in Romania said in a statement on Thursday. By a decision of the Board, Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, and Traian Basescu of Romania awarded "Diploma of Fame" for their full support to the successful activity of the organization. The International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and Caspian Sea was established on March 4, 2009. The members of the International Fund, a non-governmental organization with headquarters in Bucharest, are Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria and Serbia.
