Azerbaijan, Russia to cooperate in oil & gas machinery industry

BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 23 By Nargiz Ismayilova – Trend: A meeting on the development of cooperation in the field of oil and gas machinery, organized jointly by the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Fund (AZPROMO), Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and Russian Trade Representative office in Azerbaijan, was held in Azerbaijan in a video conference format, Trend reports citing AZPROMO. During the meeting, Head of the Investment Promotion Department of AZPROMO Zohrab Gadirov talked about the favorable business and investment environment created in Azerbaijan, as well as the country's export potential and measures taken to develop it. The parties highlighted the important work done in Azerbaijan to develop various sectors of the economy, including oil and gas engineering. Russian businessmen were invited to expand cooperation with their Azerbaijani colleagues.
