Azerbaijan-France cooperation is based on friendship and mutual respect

Baku, April 26, AZERTAC “Cooperation between Azerbaijan and France is based on friendship and mutual respect,” said Azerbaijan`s first lady Mehriban Aliyeva as she met with a French delegation led by member of the National Assembly, President of the Association of Friends of Azerbaijan in France Jean-Francois Mancel. Mehriban Aliyeva, who also heads the Working Group on Azerbaijani-French Inter-Parliamentary ties, said discussions at the UNAOC Global Forum in Baku focused on the themes that are of “global importance”. The first lady expressed confidence that the Forum would provide a crucial platform for addressing the issues that concern the international community and finding mechanisms of solving the existing problems.
