Aviation Authority Chairman Reviews Work Progress at Hamad International Airport

Doha, February 27 (QNA) - Qatar Civil Aviation Authority Chairman Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Noaimi has reviewed the progress at Hamad International Airport's terminal with Taisei Construction's President Takashi Yamauchi. The meeting focused on the work progress and making sure all tasks assigned to the firm will be concluded within the prescheduled timeframe of March 31. Al Noaimi urged the Japanese company to cooperate with the General Directorate of Civil Defense so as to finish their job before the airport's official opening date. Eleven low-cost carriers are set to move their operations to the new airport early April. (QNA)
