ARC-WH signs memo with Arab Cultural Attaches Forum

Manama, Feb. 16 (BNA): The Arab Regional Centre for World Heritage (ARC-WH) signed today a memorandum of understanding with the Arab Cultural Attaches Forum on the sidelines of the 2nd consultative forum of Arab cultural advisors and attaches which will be hosted by Isa Cultural Centre tomorrow (February 17). The memo was concluded by ARC-WH board Chairperson Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa and the forum's President this year and Head of the Kuwaiti Cultural Office in Manama Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al Kandari. Ambassadors to Bahrain, cultural attaches and media persons were also present. Shaikha Mai welcomed the audience, pointing out that preserving the human heritage requires concerted efforts by all parties. She stressed coordination between ARC-WH and all relevant parties in the Arab countries to protect the Arab cultural heritage amid the upheaval in some countries in the region.
