"Al-Awin" Holds Awareness Lectures in Mosques

Doha, April 22 (QNA) - The Social Rehabilitation Centre (Al Awin) has launched its awareness project titled "Word of Al-Awin" targeting worshippers from all age groups at Qatar's mosques, in partnership with the mosques management unit at the Qatar Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs. The project, which extends until May of next year, aims to prepare and develop a fair society and seeks to achieve security based on strong ethics and spreading awareness, Consultant Psychiatrist and Programmes Head at the Social Rehabilitation Center Dr. Ma'mon Mobayad said. It also targets the consolidation of the partnership between Al-Awin and civil society organizations in addition to activating and strengthening people's connection with mosques. (QNA)
