Al-Attiyah Praises Career Fair's Role in Human Development

Doha, April 01 (QNA) - Chairman of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah said Sunday that the 5th Qatar Career Fair, which started today, managed to connect its goals with human development concept, one of the pillars of Qatar's National Vision 2030. Speaking to journalists today on the margins of the fair, held in Qatar Convention Center, Al-Attiyah said that the fair provided an exemplary annual opportunity to connect the Qatari human resources departments with the market's current and future requirements. Al-Attiyah said the fair also provided students with the plans of companies in the market and the most required specializations. As a result, the students can have clear vision of the market's job requirements as well, a benefit the students did not enjoy in the past. All Qatari public and private sectors institutions, participating in the career fair, offer jobs, training or scholarship opportunities, Al Attiyah said. (QNA)
