Aiperi Medet kyzy named Asian women's wrestling champion

Female wrestler from Kyrgyzstan Aiperi Medet kyzy won a gold medal at the Asian Women's Wrestling Championships, which is taking place in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia April 19-24. The national athlete defeated Japan's Yuka Kagamini 5-3 in the finals of the women's 76 kg weight category to win the gold medal. Thus, Kyrgyzstan earned 8 medals at the Asian Championships. 3 gold medals are won by Akzhol Makhmudov, Tynar Sharshenbekov, Zholaman Sharshenbekov, 1 silver was taken by Meerim Zhumanazarova, 3 bronze are earned by Roman Kim, Adilkhan Nurlanbekov and Uzur Zhuzupbekov. At the championships in Mongolia, the Kyrgyz Republic is represented by 21 national wrestlers.
