Advisory Council's Delegation Returns from Manama

Doha, May 29 (QNA) - The Advisory Council's delegation led by HE the Deputy Speaker of the Council Issa bin Rabia al-Kuwari returned to Doha on Wednesday evening from Manama after having participated in the league of senates, shoura and similar councils in africa and the Arab world and their annual conference which wound up here earlier today. During the meetings, the participants discussed the annual report of the league's general secretariat of the year 2012 and its draft budget. A number of advisory council's officials received the Advisory Council delegation upon its return at Doha International Airport. Bahraini Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ghanim bin Fadl Al-Buainain met here earlier this afternoon with Rabia al-Kuwari , praising the strong historical fraternal ties bonding Bahrain and Qatar, and the joint cooperation, growing steadily in various fields. Albuainain also commended the efforts of the members of the Shura Councils in both countries to enhance mutual cooperation and exchange of expertise in order to achieve the aspirations of their wise leaderships and peoples.
