Advisory Council Reviews Draft Law on Private Institutions of Public Interest

Doha, February 18 (QNA) - The Advisory Council held its regular weekly session chaired by its Speaker HE Mohammad bin Mubarak al-Khulaifi on Monday. At the outset of the meeting, HE Secretary General of the Advisory Council Fahad bin Mubarak al-Khayareen read the approved agenda, then the Council endorsed the minutes of its previous meeting. The Council reviewed a draft law amending some provisions of Decree-Law No. (21) of 2006 on the private institutions of public interest. The Council decided to refer it to the Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee for further study and submit a report thereon to the Council. (QNA)
