Advisory Council Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee Meets

Doha, June 03 (QNA) - The Advisory Council's Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee met here today under its rapporteur Nasser Rashid Serei Al-Kaabi. The Committee studied a draft law on the educational coupons in the presence of HE the Minister of Education and Higher Education Saad bin Ibrahim Al-Mahmoud who is also Secretary General of the Supreme Education Council, HE the Cabinet Secretary General Dr. Issa bin Saad Al-Noaimi and Assistant Director of the Supreme Education Council's Education Institute Khalid Al-Harqan. The Committee also discussed the following topics: - A draft law amending some provisions of Law No. 10 ot 2002 on the General Prosecution Office. - A draft law amending some provisions of Law No. 21 of 2004 on ministers. The discussion was attended by HE the Cabinet Secretary General Dr. Issa bin Saad Al-Noaimi. The Committtee decided to submit its relevant reports to the Advisory Council.(QNA)
