Advisory Council Joint Committee Discusses Traffic Congestion in Doha Streets

Doha, February 18 (QNA) - An Advisory Council joint committee comprising the internal and external affairs and public services and utilities committees, held its first meeting today during the Council's 41st session At the outset of the meeting the joint committee unanimously elected Saqr Fahd Al Meraikhi as rapporteur of the session and then studied a general debate request forwarded by a number of members on street congestion plaguing the city of Doha. The Committee decided to invite HE the Minister of State for Internal Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani to attend the next meeting to listen to the viewpoint of the Ministry of Interior on the aforementioned general debate request.(QNA)
