Advisory Council Discussed Reports on Draft Laws

Doha, June 10 (QNA) - The Advisory Council held on Monday its weekly regular session under its Speaker HE Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Khulaifi. At the outset of the meeting Council Secretary General HE Fahd bin Mubarak Al-Khayareen read out the agenda and the minutes that have been approved. The Council then endorsed the minutes of its previous session. Afterwards, the council discussed the following reports: 1. A report by the Public Services and Utilities Committee on a draft law regulating nurseries. 2. A report by the Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee on a draft law amending some provisions of Law 7 of 2007 on adjudicating administrative disputes. 3. A report by the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee on a draft law on tax on hotels and tourist restaurants. The Advisory Council decided to submit its recommendations thereon to the Cabinet.
