Acting president of Kyrgyzstan to participate in CSTO Collective Security Council session

Bishkek, Dec. 2, 2020. /Kabar/. Acting President of Kyrgyzstan, Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Talant Mamytov will participate today, Dec. 2 in a session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in the format of a videoconference. According to the press service of the Kyrgyz president, the session will discuss issues of further improvement of the Organization's efficiency, implementation of decisions of the session of the Collective Security Council and CSTO statutory bodies, further strengthening of inter-parliamentary cooperation of the CSTO member states. The virtual event is expected to be attended by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Russia Vladimir Putin, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, as well as CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas.
