Acting Head Of Europe Department In Ministry of Foreign Affairs Discussing With The Hungarian Ambassador Bilateral Cooperation

Baghdad / NINA /- The Acting head of the European Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ali Shamran discussed with the Hungarian ambassador Atilla Tar, raising the horizons of bilateral cooperation. A statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) received a copy of it, stated that “Shamran met the Hungarian ambassador Atilla Tar and the accompanying delegation that includes a number of businessmen, including the Iraqi businessman Sheikh Faisal Al-Abdullah. The two sides discussed a number of issues of concern to both countries, and raising the prospects for bilateral cooperation to meet the aspirations of the two friendly peoples. Shamran appreciated the preventive medical assistance provided by Sheikh Faisal Al-Abdullah in cooperation with Hungarian companies in the framework of supporting Iraqi efforts to confront the new Coronavirus, expressing his thanks for this good humanitarian initiative that is appreciated by the Iraqi people, and is an indication of the strength of the relations between the people sincere solidarity in times of adversity. " It is noteworthy that these aids are three shipments, the first arrived in Iraq on the eleventh of this month, and the second arrived in the thirteenth of the same month, and it includes an ambulance equipped with the latest medical technologies, more than a million masks, medical gloves, protective suits, materials for various uses, medical glasses, and a number of materials that help in responding to the Coronavirus pandemic, and mitigate its effects and it is hoped that the third shipment will arrive in the coming days. / End
