Abdul Mahdi Stresses The Importance Of Separating Humanitarian Issues From Terrorist Crimes

BAGHDAD / NINA / -Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi stressed the need to separate humanitarian issues from terrorist crimes. The Prime Minister thanked the Russian President for his support for Iraq and for Russia's role in combating terrorism, which both countries suffer from and constitute a common enemy. "We must not tolerate terrorism, and we confirmed the need to separate humanitarian issues from terrorist crimes and not allow children and women to be allowed or used to fight with terrorists again, knowing that these children are also victims," Abdul Mahdi said. He added, "We have suffered from the loss of thousands of Iraqi children among martyrs, wounded, and displaced, and we must look at them and their families.
