Abbas to Discuss Peace Process with Arab Peace Committee

Doha , June 01 (QNA) - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will present a number of proposals at the Arab Peace Initiative committee which will take place tomorrow Saturday, Palestinian Authority's Spokesman Nabil Abo Rudina said Friday. Speaking to Qatar News Agency (QNA) today, Abo Rudina said that Abbas' visit to Doha was to attend the committee's meeting. Abo Rudina said that Abbas was always keen to convey the latest developments of the Palestinian issue and peace process to members . The Palestinian President had earlier exchanged messages with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the stalling peace process. Abo Rudina said that the committee will assess the situation and what the next step will be based on the information that Abbas will present tomorrow. The Spokesman added that the committee will discuss how to renew peace talks once more. (QNA)
