Abbas Briefs Speaker of Turkish Parliament on the "Doha Declaration"

Ankara, February 29 (QNA) - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday met here with the Speaker of the Parliament of Turkey Cemil Cicek. During the meeting, President Abbas briefed the Turkish official on the "Doha Declaration," which was announced at the end of the International Conference for the Defense of Jerusalem, the Doha Declaration of Palestinian Reconciliation and the outcomes of Cairo meetings. The two sides also discussed means of promoting bilateral ties. President Abbas started on Tuesday a three-day official visit to Ankara. (QNA)
