17 cooperation programs signed on results of Eurasian Economic Forum in Bishkek

As a result of the Eurasian Economic Forum in Bishkek, 17 cooperation programs in various areas were signed, official representative of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Iya Malkina told during a press conference at Kabar News Agency. She said that the event was attended by 2.5 thousand participants from 25 countries and more than 50 companies from the Union countries presented their products at the exhibition in Bishkek. The most significant document was the Memorandum of Cooperation in the implementation of the joint project of the Union States for the implementation of accelerated rail and multimodal transportation of agricultural products and food “Eurasian Agroexpress”,” Malkina noted. She stressed that thanks to this, the first tons of products from Kyrgyzstan will begin to be delivered to Russia in the near future. “Also, within the framework of the EEC, the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly signed a program of strategic partnership until 2025. In addition, a memorandum of cooperation was signed regarding the joint implementation of projects in the field of digital transformation between the Eurasian Development Bank and the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic,” she said. The official representative of the EEC also noted that the countries of the five had agreed on cooperation in the field of online commerce.
