WB to allocate 20 million to support Tajikistan’s state budget

Azerbaijan, Baku, Nov. 2 / Trend V. Zhavoronkova/ World Bank executive directors' council has approved the allocation of $20 million grant aimed to support Tajikistan's State Budget, Avesta.tj reported. This grant is a part of grants, that is being allocated to Tajikistan since 2009, and aimed to support the country's government's efforts on overcoming the consequences of the global economic crisis. WB grants support for saving the budgetary holdings for social sector development, power consolidation, as well as effective use of state resources.
