Vodafone Qatar Discloses Interim Condensed Financial Statements

Doha, January 22 (QNA) - Vodafone Qatar has disclosed its third quarter financial results for the nine month period ended December 31, 2011. The third quarter financial results revealed a net loss of QR 359.4 million compared to a net loss of QR 456.8 million for the corresponding period last year. The loss per share amounted to QR (0.43) for the period ended December 31, 2011 versus a net loss per share of QR (0.54) for the corresponding period last year. On 28 June 2008, Vodafone Qatar proudly received the second public mobile networks and services license in the State of Qatar. Vodafone is part of the world's leading international mobile communications group. It engages in providing cellular mobile telecommunication services, and selling related equipment and accessories in Qatar. (QNA)
