Turkish Airlines carry 27.3 million passengers in 10 months

ISTANBUL (A.A) - November 16, 2011 - Turkey's national air carrier Turkish Airlines, or THY, has carried 27.3 million passengers in the first 10 months of 2011. According to the THY, the company had carried 24.6 million passengers in the first 10 months of 2010. Occupancy rate of the THY dropped 1.6 percent in the first 10 months of 2011 when compared to the same term last year and was recorded as 72.9 percent.
