Saudi Arabians to build hotel in northeastern Turkey

TRABZON (A.A) - December 7, 2011 - A Saudi Arabian company will construct a five-star hotel in the northeastern Turkey's province of Trabzon, governor said on Wednesday. Trabzon Governor Recep Kizilcik said that the Saudi Arabian Al-Rubayan company was planning to begin the construction in coming days. "Tens of thousands of Arab tourists are visiting Trabzon every year, and therefore, Arab companies wanted to invest in our city," Kizilcik told AA correspondent. Kizilcik said the hotel would contribute to tourism and employment, adding that the company was planning to operate charter flights from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to Trabzon. Al-Rubayan Group has won the tender for construction of a five-start hotel in Trabzon's Yalincak hamlet.
