QCB Signs a MoU with Luxembourg Central Bank

Doha, November 23 (QNA) - The State of Qatar and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aiming at boosting joint cooperation between Qatar Central Bank (QCB) and Luxembourg Central Bank (LCB). The signing ceremony was attended by HRH Crown Prince of Luxembourg Prince Guillaume. The MoU was signed for QCB by its Governor HE Sheikh Abdullah Bin Saud Al Thani while it was signed for Luxembourg Central bank by its governor Yves Mersch. The MoU, signed at the QCB's premises here on Wednesday, aims at enhancing ties of joint cooperation in exchange of information concerning the financial system stability , updating and promoting financial market systems and developing the cash payment systems' performance .(QNA)
