Qatar Finance and Business Academy Briefs Ministries on its Development Products
Doha, June 11 (QNA) - Qatar Finance and Business Academy (QFBA) held a briefing session in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Finance to introduce QFBA's development products to both respective Qatari ministries as well as governmental bodies. Further, at the event, various attending parties discussed potential collaboration and the establishment of strategic partnerships in the near future.
The two hour session begin with QFBA showcasing its development products to the attending governmental representatives. This was followed by a Q&A session in order for the ministers and government representatives to familiarise themselves with the role that QFBA has in the development and training of Qatar's financial sector professionals.
QFBA highlighted that all of its initiatives are directly in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030.
QFBA CEO, Dr. Abdulaziz Al Horr said during his speech: "QFBA can provide governmental sectors with a series of programs and professional certificates in financial, administrative, and technical fields. We have strategic partnerships with a number of internationally recognized institutions that provide education, certification and accreditation to the finance industry. Therefore, QFBA offers the best available counseling and training services."
Dr. Al Horr continued by emphasising that QFBA is always looking to invest in local talent: "QFBA believes in the importance of investing in the human potential in order to build a knowledge based economy. We also see the value of building capacities, leveraging professional standards, and supporting training providers with technical tools and expertise in order to increase performance levels and develop themselves professionally."
QFBA also ensures that organisations and professionals meet certain criteria and achieve their development and business objectives by providing executive training via tie-ups with international delivery partners.
In addition, Sheikh Saud Bin Naser Al Thani, the Head of Public Budget Department at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, said: "Our Ministry and QFBA are working together in unity to meet the ever increasing demands of the market to provide the best available solutions to the financial industry."
QFBA is an all encompassing training provider, certificate regime developer and examination administrator. The training institute is working towards upgrading the quality of the financial sector talent base in Qatar by providing a high quality learning experience for professionals. (QNA)
