KAHRAMAA Signs Amendment of Partnership Project with QEWC and Chubu

Doha, February 07 (QNA) - A third amendment to the partnership agreement between Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA), Qatar Electricity and Water Company (QEWC), and Japan's Chubu Electric Power was signed Thursday at Qatar Petroleum's (QP) headquarters. The agreement was signed in the presence of HE Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Sada, Minister of Energy and Industry, and QP Chairman and Managing Director. The partnership project includes the mutual cooperation and exchange of expertise in practical and technical fields among the signing parties, a QP press release said. The amendment was signed by Kahramaa President Eng. Essa bin Hilal Al-Kuwari, QEWC General Manager Mr. Fahed bin Hamad Al-Muhannadi, and Chubu Electric Power President and Director Mr. Akihisa Mizuno. Top officials of Kahramaa, QEWC, Chubu, QP and Qatargas attended the signing ceremony. (QNA)
