Iraq Implements 90% Of The Reduction Oil Production Agreement

BAGHDAD / NINA / Oil Minister, Jabbar al-Laibi confirmed that Iraq has implemented until today almost 90 to 93 percent of cutting oil production agreement, which was reached by the oil-producing countries "OPEC" and outside the organization. Russia Sputnik news agency quoted Laibi as saying: "For Iraq, we are now close to 90 to 93% of the level of implementation cutting oil production agreement," adding that, "Iraq is close to achieving the level of 100% of the size of the reduction declared by the oil-producing countries agreement. The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries "OPEC", decided on November 30 , 2016 to reduce oil production by 1.2 million barrels a day, started in January 2017./ End
