Fatlawi calls on local, central governments to eliminate hurdles facing Arab, foreign investment

Hilla (NINA) – MP from the National Alliance, Hassoun Al Fatlawi, called on the local and central governments to eliminate the hurdles facing the local and foreign investment in order to develop the living standards of citizens and provide employment opportunities. He told NINA correspondent “investment is one of the important economic sectors leading to comprehensive developments in Iraq.” He pointed out that one of the important hurdles facing investment is the old laws that still govern the Iraqi economy which the parliament seeks to eliminate, in addition to the very slow correspondence between the state’s institutions and the investors.” /End/
