EU allocates 18 mln euro in financial assistance to Georgia

Georgian Deputy Prime Minister Giorgi Baramidze has paid a working visit to Brussels.
He will meet with EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule, Vice President of the European Parliament's Committee on Defense and Security Kyriakos Mavronikolas and European Conservatives and Reformists Group chairman Martin Callanan, as well as informal meetings with representatives of authoritative non-governmental organizations.
As the deputy prime minister's Office told Trend, on behalf of the Georgian government, Baramidze will sign an agreement with the EU on financial assistance worth 18 million euro for Georgia.
