Energy Minister inaugurates BICG Conference

Manama, Apr. 8 – (BNA): Energy Minister Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza inaugurated the second Bahrain International Corporate Governance (BICG) Conference today. The minister said the conference comes to complement the second Corporate Social Responsibility Conference/Exhibition which shed light on the essence of voluntary social responsibility of companies which has become the new basic rule which covers all companies that contribute in socio-economic community development. The event is organized by Prince Event Management company in cooperation with the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) and support from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Chambers Union as well as support from Gulf and national firms. Minister Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza welcomed in the Kingdom of Bahrain all the participants, guest speakers and patrons of the conference, wishing them a nice stay and to benefit from scientific papers.
