Up to 10,000 people are expected to attend the annual family entertainment spectacular at the Museum of Islamic Art Park with Wheels 'n' Heels 2013, sponsored by Commercialbank Qatar as Leadership sponsor and Maersk Oil Qatar as Flagship Sponsor, promising six hours of exciting activities for the whole family when the Wheels 'n' Heels Action Zones burst into life at 2pm on Friday 8th February.
