Chinese investors order to stop work at mine in Kyrgyzstan

Azerbaijan, Baku, May 8 / Trend / Chinese investors were ordered to stop working at Buchuk mine of Naryn province of Kyrgyzstan, 24.kg reported on Tuesday. Chinese Jhoning ji Mining company has been ordered to stop all activity till an official decision is made by joint committee on the mine situation investigation. The Kyrgyz side decided that Chinese miners violate ecological regulations, and this can be the reason for mining license cancellation. The exploitation members of the commission on natural resources decided to establish a joint committee on environmental situation around Buchuk mine. The youth movement and local population representatives will take part in the committee work. They will take samples of soil, water etc. Besides the ecological expertise, the joint committee will make economic analysis too.
