BPW Bahrain, AmCham Bahrain sign cooperation agreement

Manama, Nov. 11 (BNA): Bahrain Business & Professional Women International Federation (BPW Bahrain) represented by its President Shaikha Hind bint Salman Al Khalifa has signed a signed a joint cooperation agreement with the American Chamber of Commerce Bahrain (AmCham Bahrain) represented by its President Qays H. Zu’bi. The joint action agreement aims to organise economic events of mutual interest, serve the business community, upgrade the skills of youth entrepreneurs and prepare them to launch their projects internationally. Shaikha Hend expressed delight to start organising a series of programmes with AmCham Bahrain, which represents an ideal platform to build economic relations between Bahraini businessmen and potential business opportunities in the US, in light of Bahrain-US Free Trade Agreement (FTA). Zu’bi expressed delight for signing this agreement, especially that BPW Bahrain is a member in the International Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW International) and Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises Mondiales (FCEM). He praised the active role played by BPW Bahrain at supporting the Bahraini youth and empowering them in the field of entrepreneurship through providing the required facilities and organise various events so as to exchange expertise.
