BCCI participates in GUCCIAAC meeting

Manama, Nov. 17 (BNA): Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)'s Chairman Khalid Al Moayed alongside several board members and officials are participating in General Union of Chambers of Commerce Industry and Agriculture for the Arab Countries (GUCCIAAC)'s board meeting in Abu Dhabi- UAE. They are also participating in the 17th Conference for Arab Businessmen and Investors themed "Investing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation", on the sidelines. Al Moayed said the Chamber’s participation in the meeting stems from its genuine keenness on enhancing the role of the Arab private sector in supporting economic and trade cooperation and encourage joint investments. He said the meeting will discuss the report of the Secretariat-General on the activities and meetings of its sub-committees, deliberate over the recommendations of member Chambers, and discuss the Action Plan and the estimated budget of the General Union of Arab Chambers for 2016.
