Albanian parliament speaker invites Turkish businesspeople to invest in her country

TIRANA (A.A) - November 22, 2011 - Albanian Parliament Speaker Josefina Topalli has called on Turkish businesspeople to invest in Albania, saying her country offered "amazing opportunities." "I am inviting Turkish and Black Sea investors to discover Albania's potential which presents amazing opportunities," Topalli told a forum meeting of businesspeople from Black Sea countries under the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation or PABSEC. Topalli said the forum meeting provided "a bridge for cooperation," which she said offered opportunity to devise ways to boost cooperation with businesspeople. The forum meeting was held by Turkey's Confederation of Businesspeople and Industrialists, or TUSKON. Nearly 400 businesspeople and representatives from 70 companies participated in the event.
