Al-Meera Holding Signs Memo Agreement with Business and Trade Company

Doha, May 14 (QNA) - Al Meera Holding Company, a subsidiary of Al Meera Consumer Goods Company, has entered into an MOU agreement with Business Trading Co. W.L.L, represented by Abdulaziz Mohamed K. Al Rabban The purpose of this MOU is to lay out the fundamental scope and terms of the proposed strategic relationship between the Parties in Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, and Jordan, Oman and other jurisdictions and countries ("Territory") The Parties intend to establish a strategic partnership to pledge and guarantee the systematic presence of all Al Meera Banners within all the projects developed by Business Trading Co. in the Territory. The parties shall incorporate in Qatar several joint venture ("JV's") for the implementation of the strategic partnership in each jurisdiction in the Territory. Al Meera Consumer Goods Company was established in 2004 and listed on the Qatar Exchange in 2009. Al Meera conducts direct sales of fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, fresh food and similar items. Al Meera has recently developed its shops in cooperation with a reputable international consultancy house to meet international standards in aspects such as interior design, marketing, promotion, and other technical and operational aspects.
