Asian Games 2023 rowing: Iranian women snatch silver
Tehran, IRNA - Female Iranian rowers have snatched a silver medal for the country in the Asian games being held in Hangzhou, China.
Iran’s women's double sculls team, featuring Mahsa Javar and Zaynab Norouzi, finished runner-up in the Final A of the 19th Asian Games on Sunday.
Iranian rowers finished behind China and above Thailand in the ranking.
The medal was a first for Iran in the games which opened on September 23.
