13 documents signed following state visit of Emir of Qatar to Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, June 7, 2023. / Kabar /. Following the talks between President Sadyr Zhaparov and the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, 13 documents were signed in Bishkek. The signing ceremony took place today at the Ala-Archa state residence.

The following documents have been signed:

1. Agreement on the establishment and operation of cultural centers between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of Qatar.

2. Agreement on cooperation in the military field between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of Qatar.

3. Agreement on cooperation in the field of health and medical sciences between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of Qatar.

4. Agreement on mutual administrative assistance for the optimal application of customs legislation, as well as the suppression, investigation and fight against customs offenses between the Cabinet of ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of Qatar.

5. Agreement on cooperation in the field of veterinary medicine between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of Qatar.

6. Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of sports between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of Qatar.

7. Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the legal sphere between the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Justice of Qatar.

8. Agreement on cooperation in the field of plant quarantine between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs of Qatar.

9. Memorandum of understanding and cooperation in the field of agriculture and food security between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs of Qatar.

10. Memorandum of Understanding on joint cooperation between the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of Qatar.

11. Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Qatar in the field of prevention and elimination of emergency situations.

12. Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of central banking activities between the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Central Bank of Qatar.

13. Memorandum of Understanding in the field of training specialists between the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute and Qatar Aviation College.

The Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani arrived in Bishkek yesterday, June 6. His state visit will end today.
