Kazakh cuisine restaurants will open ahead of Expo 2017, the exposition organizers say. Kazakh restaurants will be located in foreign pavilions as well. At present, the exposition venue has 40 public catering points. Over 10,000 square meters is allocated for the food court. As the representatives of the national Company Astana Expo 2017 say, the open selection of catering organizations is still underway. More than a half of the food court territory is already occupied. The selection committee paid particular attention to the quality of service, experience and pricing. Therefore, Expo restaurants and cafes will satisfy various taste preferences and will be affordable for everyone. The staff and volunteers will be catered in a special canteen with 1,500 seats. According to the latest data, nearly 4,500 people will work there in day, evening and night shifts.

As for the individuals who will buy food themselves, we made sure that cheap restaurants are available throughout the Expo territory. For instance, one meal will cost 700-800 tenge per person.

The International exposition in Astana is recognized one of the most grandiose by the number of participating counties. At present, 115 countries and 18 international organizations have officially confirmed their participation in Expo 2017.
