Cairo, Egypt, Dec 23, IRNA - Iran's visiting Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani attended a dinner banquet hosted by the Iran-Egypt Friendship Association in Cairo on Tuesday night.
Pointing to the ancient-old Iran and Egypt historical relations, Larijani described his recent negotiations with top Egyptian officials on the future of the two countries' relations and the regional developments as positive.
The Majlis speaker departed Tehran for Cairo on Sunday morning (December 20) to attend an Islamic countries' inter-parliamentary meeting in Egypt./end
